  • Ready-to-Ship Products: Dispatched within 7-10 working days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Custom-Made Outfits: Require 2-4 weeks for processing and delivery, depending on the complexity of the design.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping only within India. Orders placed outside India will not be processed.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges vary based on location, product weight, and order value
  • The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you proceed with payment.

4. Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery time depends on your location and courier partner serviceability.
  • Orders to metro cities may arrive sooner, while deliveries to remote areas may take additional time.
  • Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, strikes, or government regulations) may extend the estimated delivery time.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number over WhatsApp or via courier partner
  • You can track your order using the provided tracking link on the courier partner’s website.
  • If you have any issues with tracking, please contact our support team for assistance.

6. Address & Contact Details

  • Please provide accurate shipping details while placing your order.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If you need to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
