- All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- In case of an issue with your order, we will work with you to find the best resolution.
2. Exchanges & Alternatives
- If an issue arises due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide an alternative solution or repair the product at our discretion.
- Customers must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product to request an alternative.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
- Since our products are custom-made, cancellations disrupt our production process and hence are not allowed.
